Food registration certificates and Hume Council Food Permits. (www.streatrader.health.vic.gov.au) if applicable
Current Certificate of Currency for insurance

Unique, high-quality products or services
Local and handmade items are strongly encouraged
Friendly, community-focused vendors who enjoy engaging with festival-goers
Compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
How to Apply:
Complete the application form with your details and what you’d like to offer
Review & Approval: Our team will assess all applications and be in touch
Confirmation: Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice along with everything you need to prepare for the event
Our Vendor Pack includes everything you need to make your market day smooth and enjoyable—from setup tips to important event information. We’ve got you covered!
If successful, you will be notified prior to the event and you will be sent an invoice for your Site Fees. All payments are to be made by the due date on your invoice. Payment method will be listed on the invoice.
