Only completed Registration Forms accompanied with the following will be considered:

All successful applicants will be notified via email before Friday, 22nd November 2024 and you will be sent an invoice for your Site Fees. All payments are to be made by the due date on your invoice. Payment method will be listed on the invoice.

(Note: as this is an all-weather event therefore marquees are mandatory)
If you’d like to do a 20 minute stage performance, please complete the Event Application for Entertainers. If you’d like to sell food products e.g. BBQ please complete the Event Application for Businesses
